I've used other vertical mice for 10-15 years, but they were _too_ vertical. The semi-vertical angle on this mouse is much more comfortable for me.The flange is very helpful too, since it makes it more natural to move the mouse with my _arm_ instead of my _wrist_.I accidentally knocked it off my desk after having it for 3 months, and it stopped working. That was my fault, but I also think such an expensive mouse should stand up to a few normal accidents. I emailed their support, and they gave me a Repair Number. I'm mailing the broken mouse to them, and they're going to repair and return it.I'm very happy with the mouse itself, and the support.
