This is a wireless mouse that has a number of adjustable settings, which is useful if your hands are not shaped the way mouse designers think hands should be shaped, and as big as they think hands should be.For setup, there was no useful included information. I was able to contact someone in customer support who was willing to chat with me, but the timing didn't work out. Later, I realized that parts of the mouse would move, and so figured out how to adjust it for me. The options for adjusting are pretty good for angle of wrist and angle of thumb. The palm area is not adjustable, and is still too long for my hand, but it is way better than other ergonmic mice.One thing I am still getting used to is that the right click is a 3rd button, and well away from where I'm used to finding that button. It may be better as I get used to it, but for now, I end up clicking on the middle button, which does nothing at the moment. ;-)A point about wireless: THIS IS NOT A BLUETOOTH mouse. It requires a USB dongle, taking up a USB port. That means that while it works right away, with no pairing, it does require you to have an additional USB port available. I would recommend to the manufacturer to reconsider this feature.Because you need to have the dongle, if you have to switch the mouse to use on different devices, you have to keep track of it and find a place to put it. There is no "garage" for the dongle on the mouse.The mouse does not fold up to a small profile, This makes it less useful also for travel or moving between home office and business office.Overall, good product that I will actively use.
